As night falls, Takibi transforms into an intimate dining experience centered around our open-flame hearth. The timber-lined space and wraparound windows evoke a refined lodge, where Japanese technique meets the finest Northwest ingredients. Our dinner menu highlights chef-driven omakase, handcrafted sushi, and wood-fired dishes from the hearth, each course designed to showcase seasonality, flavor, and the art of sharing.
